The following activities are strictly prohibited on batjale and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture if detected:

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.

In cases of suspicious activity, batjale reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for investigation and to notify the relevant authorities.

Batjale may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Accounts with no activity for 6 months or more will be considered inactive.

Any valid balance remaining in your account before closure will be returned — unless prohibited activity has been proven.
